The hotel is in a fantastic spot, right next to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff is super friendly.
I stayed at this hotel expecting a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, it fell short. While the room was spacious, I had to deal with constant noise from the AC, no hot water in the shower, and even brown water from the taps! Breakfast was a joke, with only cheap sugary options available, and the staff were incredibly rude. I can't comprehend how this hotel has a 4-star rating; it's certainly not deserving of that praise.
